As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State, I am an in-network provider with Premera/Lifewise, Regence, and First Choice Health, and considered an ‘out-of-network’ provider for all other insurance companies.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado State, I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies.  

At your request, I will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurer in order for you to use your out-of-network benefits in either state. You are responsible for knowing your insurance benefits and reimbursement rate. I don't have access to that information.   

If you do not have insurance that I'm in network with, my rate is $175 for a 55-minute session for mental health therapy. This means you pay this fee at the time the service is offered.    
 
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please note that I will need at least 24-hours notice. You will be billed a $75 late cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellation within 24-hours of your pre-scheduled appointment.
